Google Sites 禁止進行社會運動？

蠻好奇的

繼野草莓學運台南官網被封鎖 (11 月 24 日，隔天恢復)、昨天 (12 月 8 日) 晚上中部野草莓官網也被封鎖(update: 14 個小時後恢復，詳見本文第一條 comment)，然後是剛剛得知的最新消息，「送愛到樂生」的活動官網也被封鎖 (update: 今 (9 日) 早上 11 點再來看，又好了)。

三起事件的交集：都是放在  Google Sites。

前兩起事件，還會讓我覺得是某些反對野草莓學運的網友刻意檢舉其違反 Google Sites 使用規章 (啊是違反哪一條啊…)；而現在連樂生的網站都會被抄…我很好奇 Google Sites 的管理員是不是會特別關心社會運動相關的內容？

也許網路世界裡融合了商業結構 (a.k.a 利害關係)，就永遠沒有民主自由的一天吧。

update: 有人說是擋 spam 的程式出了問題…不過八月到現在還沒修改也太誇張了…

不過，放在 Google Blogspot 的野草莓學運網誌卻安然活到現在…

  1. 真受不了，台中網站已經恢復正常了，以下是事件紀錄：

    2008-12-08
    18:00~19:00 無預警停止服務
    19:30 臨時網站建構完成、網站轉址設定完成
    21:00 送出聲明稿＆通知台北媒體組
    23:28 台北 po 出聲明稿

    00:33 回報 Google（送出訊息如下）
    In 12/08 afternoon, our website was suspended and removed our website without any reason until now, we didn’t receive any notification from Google.
    After our inspection, we didn’t transgress any rules such as showing bare, porn, business, and violation in thirty days. But the Google Sites only shows the information that we transgress the service rules so that stop our usage of right.

    We checked the Google Terms of Service but didn’t break the rules. Therefore, in light of the Google Sites: Google Terms of Service the number 11 Content licence from you and the Google Sites (http://www.google.com/sites/help/intl/zh_TW/program_policy.html), we believed the Google Sites was transgressed its rules to suspend our usage of rights, we want the Google Sites to response and apologize.

    申告的語系僅有 English(US)，我也嘗試去檢舉自己另一個協作平台，不用填任何原因就能讓該平台 disable

    有人說是檔 spam 的程式出了點問題，寧可信其有…
