[Announcement] chitsaou on Plurk is **NOT** mine!

I’ve been a heavy Plurk user since May (or maybe June) 2008, and I’ve used 3 IDs on Plurk. The two previous IDs were removed after I’ve abandoned them.
However, today I’ve received an add-as-friend notification. That user’s ID is 『chitsaou』, the same as my world-wide ID. I wonder why Plurk admit the registration of removed ID; however, it does happen now!
The chitsaou on Plruk is **NOT** ME. Anything he said on Plurk can **NOT** represent my point of view. He is a fake, and has troubled my real identity in the Internet world.
Here I would like to announce some CLARIFICATIONS:
chitsaou on Plruk is **NOT** MINE.
and it is **NOT** UNDER MY CONTROL.
ANYTHING he said on Plurk is **NOT** my point of view.
I’ve sent an email to the Plurk staff clarifying that he is fake, and I’m the real.
However, this means that there’s a bug in Plurk:
ANYONE can register an ID even if it has been deleted by the original owner.

btw, I don’t wanna disclose my real Plurk ID, because I just wanna my real-world friends join my Plurk network, not strangers.

[update 2009/09/06 AM 1:46] At about 1am,the ID becomes 『page not found.』 I don’t know whether it was done by himself or by the Plurk staff (I’ve sent an email about the abuse of using other’s ID, and the problem of registering deleted IDs.) If the staff asks me to present some evidences, I would sent them the screenshot of his user page; I may also ask them to check the httpd access logs if they allowed.
I’ll repost the mails when they’ve replied me.
[update 2009/09/06 AM 2:12] I’ve checked chitsaou’s user page again, it seems that 『chitsaou』 has been occupied by someone, but I can’t ensure that the operator is the same as previous one.
