Google Chrome for Mac 與 Time Machine 的衝突 (also in English)

Recently I’m using Chrome browser since my Safari suddenly became extremely slow. However, I found that when Chrome is running, the Time Machine backups very large size of files, from 300MB to 500MB hourly, even if I backup manually within only 3 minutes. If I turn off Chrome, the backed-up size will be between hundres of KB and tens of MB, as before. There was someone having this problem, too.
I don’t know where to find the complete log of files that had been backed up. So I just ignore all the Chrome-related files.
Open System Preferences, and click Time Machine icon. In the Time Machine Prefpane, click Options, then click the plus sign. Select Home Directory : Library : Application Support : Google : Chrome to exclude this folder from backup process.
Once it has been excluded, there is no more always-megabytes backups. But I think this would also exclude backing up preferences of Chrome and its bookmark records.
update: I’ve just stopped using Chrome. I was writing an article in a forum (in which there is no autosave), and accidentally pressed Cmd+Q when I was almost finishing the article. Everything I wrote in the past hour disappeared.
